pls think twice before adopting a B-52 Stratofortress this holiday szn not many peeps know how to properly take care of one

My neighbor has a B-52 Stratofortress they have been ignoring for years. Its jet engines howl at night and they don't even bring it inside when it's cold. It drops cargo all over my yard and regularly tries to escape to the airport whenever they leave the fence open.
that should be a federal crime!!
or better yet a crime against humanity!!
