Labels were given to us by the state to control our emotional responses. Eff that.

Everyone has a past and it doesn’t define you. Who you are today is indicative of where you’ve been. It’s your testimony and you’re not to be ashamed of it. You weren’t created to feel those so don’t and don’t throw yourself a pity party. You’re amazing not pitiful.

Jesus wasn’t looked at as a savior in his hometown but he left that place and ultimately saved us all. Folks opinions of you don’t matter, if you think it does… have them call up Heaven and give GOD a recommendation for the both of us.

It takes a long time to build reputations and change perception. Just keep being true to being the new you.
