A question: all relays support this feature? I thought Nostr won't have "chicken out" option. I don't think this should be supported.

I know you can query a relay to see what NIPs it supports. Deletion is NIP-09. If you don't want to be able to delete your notes, don't use relays that support NIP-09 🤣
