it actually advises against strenuous exercise. encourages activity based, eg tennis, basketball, climbing, hiking etc but overall unclear, not exactly rigorous, giving it a try

I know the people on X that Ive seen promote it talk about how they dont change their exercise, but they are still exercising. People who need to lose weight can go on Doctor monitored water fasts. I would rather fast, eat whatever, and be super active. Im not super active right now 😭. Does your group do activites that require exercise together?
Been on a rock climbing kick recently! Will do that with some of our people here sometimes. Another subset will do the gym together sometimes
