Daily Routine Update:
After 3 weeks of testing of drinking decaf coffee in the afternoon (normal in the morning), and accidentally drinking normal coffee 2 days ago in the afternoon, I can clearly say it really helps to make quality sleep.
Somehow I feel less tired during the day, and fall a sleep easier at night.
I was a good sleeper before too! But it still improves sleep quality.
I suggest to give it a try!
