Warfare felt like a raw, unfiltered glimpse into the reality of that war. It’s the first film I’ve seen where “Navy SEALs” aren’t invincible super heros. Some screw up, get scared, and they are human. Unlike “Saving Private Ryan” There are no heroes, no backstories, no glorified arcs. Even the way the team took control of that random house they were posted in felt wrong. Nothing felt glamorized. The unresolved ending nails it: war is chaotic, brutal, and ultimately senseless.

That's good, definitely a good start. We need movies that tell the true story of American imperialism.

Thanks for the hint on the film.
