I did not know that. Or it’s just so intense I blocked that knowledge and am having a fresh reaction to learning this. Disliking all music. I’m having trouble wrapping my brain around that.
im misophonic and music is the area of dislike. Music feels like vomiting on a roller coaster
Wow! I can understand some sounds or music types but all of them is wild to me. There’s so much music everywhere. That’s got to be really annoying for you.
Some are manageable but very few. The real issue is more than 1 type of instrument playing at a time. I cant even remember the last time I turned a radio on in my car.

Your not the only person that doesn't love music. I'm not as extreme as you but I could do without ever going to concerts or performances. I certainly don't listen recreationaly very often. My streaming account gets flipped on like one time a month.
