What are you seeing?

CPU, RAM, and disk IO were all maxing out on the server monitoring panel. I couldn't even SSH in to see what was going on because the server was too busy to answer me. I rebooted it and adjusted some rate limiting settings in the config.toml. Just watching the logs now for anything fishy.
