Nostr native bitcoiners work down the chain. This is where ecash shines. A precoiner isn't going to arrive on nostr with a lightning node and balanced liquidity.

Same with my #Minecraft server. Every implementation is an example of how Bitcoin can work in ways fiat cannot. We must be as good or better in every way vs fiat and then there no reason not to shift to Bitcoin. Bitcoin OG ideals are not without merits but if we want hyperbitcoinzation we must think more broadly and not just with our own personal convictions.
This is where adoption will take off, getting people used to send and receive money without permission from anyone. Slowly this will be just obvious for anyone who uses Nostr: let’s just stay away from fiat to stay free

I’m on primal and I honestly have no idea if I can interact with the protocol using the built in wallet
Yeah, probably possible. I don't use primal as I am an android Amethyst power user.
You would need to use a combination of grabbing your npub.cash lightning address, adding it to your nostr profile and putting it into cashu.me then adding the NWC from cashu dot me in the NWC setting of primal.
There are many ways to use ecash. My favorite is nostr:nprofile1qqstxwlea9ah3u6kjjszu6a7lrnhqkfh8eptp2z6v0e9558tlkkl2rgpz4mhxue69uhhyetvv9ujuerpd46hxtnfduhsz9mhwden5te0wfjkccte9ec8y6tdv9kzumn9wshszxnhwden5te0wfjkccte9ekkjmnfvf5hguewvdshx6p07xr4s5 on android. Ecash has many use cases beyond zapping. Like privacy in custodians.
