I haven’t realized how fucked up the music industry is until I saw this video. Streaming services are a complete clusterfuck of devaluation of the people’s work. Major labels are just a legalized mafia. I knew a lot of it before, but I just was not able to internalize it before seeing the video. No wonder some musicians prefer tiny Nostr with tiny zaps. The alternative is so much shittier and grim. Fuck, this really boils my blood.
