War moving to simply destroying the wealth of nations by destroying each others' expensive little toys.
It won't ever achieve that as the psychopathic elite will always demand the blood of the poor to be spilled but, if taken to it's most logical conclusion, global conflicts would be entertainment televised like "Robot Wars".
