Which relay implementation are the various paid relays running?
My real question: are they relaying @npub1kumadawgefxjt2c293whsan5sfmdg5tylm0uk39enc6uxxfy5m4scrz2v7 #nip26 delegated notes? She's paid but her delegatee pubkey @npub1kxngfd2rzk5uhn6zgkjmffu86wfh8vhplu9xsaryk7c637yhwfrqddaezj has not.
