Your point about face to face risk is paranoia. There is more of a wrench risk from someone working at the bank!

Not sure where you live but do you have bitcoin ATMs? Find one that doesnt require KYC or just fake your info like everyone else. How about Robosats? If you are in Canada use BullBitcoin. Eash to give them fake info they require.

dont have ATMs here, live faaaaaar away from canada. Like other side of the world far. Cash here is only 1-2% of total fiat usage. Cant join a gym with cash, cant buy a bus ticket with cash here.

If i give cash to someone they be like wtf is this. Why do you have this. And wtf am i suposed to do with this. cant find so far any btc sellers that do cash.

The only option i can think of is to convert to euros and send in a letter to some eu country with bisq?

What else could be done here

Thats rough. Sorry you are in that situation. Bisq could work maybe. How about Robosats? How about AgoraDesk, you could meet someone locally and purchase through their service. Check and see if anyone in your area is using AgoraDesk. Other option is send cash in mail to someone you trust and they will zap you? This will be risky though. You need to trust the person. Careful trusting random people on the internet.

Also is bitcoin legal where you are? You might want to look into cold storage.
