It all depends what you need. I use both but find ln.tips gives more flexibility. WoS supports a lot of lightning features but you’re limited to only using their mobile app. With LN.tips I can use it from telegram, link it to Zeus or Alby to use on desktop, it gives you a custom Lightning address whereas WoS is randomly generated, and LN.tips also gives you an anonymized address if you don’t want to dox your telegram username. Like I said I use both and like them both, but I prefer LN.tips. I’d say try both and see which you like. They’re both custodial so only keep small balances on them.
