What happens if there’s no brackets involved? Do you just advance to the next stage in BEDMAS?

Or do you always use each step, in BEDMAS?

-2 -3 = -5

#2 would be -2+ -34=-36?

So #3 I think goes like this?

(-4)x(2-6)=16
