I've been following this protocol for nearly 4 years now.
Zero injuries.
I lift every OTHER week.
Better results than when I was doing 3hrs/day, 5 days/week.
The efficiency is insane and the gains are more trackable than any other protocol. There is Zero trade off between being fit and doing other things with your life. Disclaimer: this is by far the hardest protocol out there that I know of. Most guys won't do this because honestly, it sucks. But it works. ;)
