In Europe we have a lot of real castles, so much, that we have multiple names for them, according to how old and different they are- hrad, zámek, pevnost, tvrz... . And they are also very often used for filmming, like on this photo, we were filmming in a castle near Prague. This was shooting with TV Barrandov, where I was hired as one of camera operators.
