This is the admin account for nostr.wine and basically only sends solicited DMs to users. Why is it being flagged?
I think it's time to realize this method is not working. Just give people the free will to block who they want. Makes it seem like Twitter when my choice is taken from me #[8]

It's funny you think it isn't working when the same filter is blocking 100s of messages a second in each phone out there. It's not perfect, but it is extremely effective.
I didn't day it wasn't working well. I said people should have 100% control in a decentralized platform. Decisions should not be made for me. #[8] runs thr most professional relay, his bot is clearly not spamming. And your client blocks his bot and other accounts with no records of spamming. Just give people the option. None of the other clients run into this issue.
Perhaps the client knows something you don't...
