The cheesecake in UK/Europe tastes different cuz of kinds of cheese they use. Also, different texture.
My life sucks... I had to rescue the #cheesecake from work cause we're closed on weekends.
Now I "have to" eat it. Ewwwww ๐ ๐

Yeah. We don't really use cheese, we use curt.
Huh? Never heard of that.
curt or quark as we call it
Itโs a type of cheese?
It's curd not curt, my mistake. GPT said yes but it's fresh cheese but more like very thick joghurt.
Google reckons: "Curd cheese is similar to cream cheese, but has a lower fat content. It's made from pasteurised milk and is available in both low and medium fat versions and has a mild, tangy flavour. If you can't find curd cheese, cottage cheese can be used instead, but it must be sieved first."
Danke!

The only other German I know is fich dich.
I asked my brilliant & beautiful Artist guy friend who has studied engineering here and Germany how to say fuck off in German and thatโs what he told me.
Is that correct? Thanks!
