Can someone explain how lightning works across #nostr apps? Say I have two nostr apps each with different lightning wallets configured.

If I post in app A and someone reads and zaps in app B which #Lightning address shows the incoming transaction? I assume the nostr protocol encode the lightning receiving address in the original post? Correct?
