Cookies baked ✔ (chocolate PB2 powdered peanut butter worked well but my consistency was a bit off)

Sourdough loaf baked ✔

Banana nut bread in the oven...almost ✔

I'm skipping the honey bars since I ended up with a gazillion cookies. All that's left is to do some food prep for tomorrow's lunch of chicken stew with biscuit style dumplings. I am exhausted and so hot as it's almost 80°F/26°C out today.

This is just the powdered peanut butter, not sure how much protein you get but the sugar is cut way down and I did less than the recipe called for. If I try again, I'll make the peanut butter a little thicker and I think cut a little more sugar.
