I know less about Costa Rica than El Salvador. But I'd be willing to visit there also.

I'm going to be travelling there within the next 12 months as a trial run with a view to a permanent move. There are similar levels of adoption over there, particularly on the West coast. https://www.bitcoinjungle.app/

Yep, seems more favourable to me, of the 2 locations.
