I've not yet made bacon in the oven. 😅

I'm keeping away from bacon for a while. The cheap stuff in the US seems to be pretty much the worst meat I can eat at the moment and I can't afford really good bacon right now.

No, it isn't. Pork is very susceptible to adulteration in factory farming.
