I couldn't find my ticket online and called to the clerk. Asked how they will treat it and she said that they will forward it to Illinois to assign me points according to their law.

Yeah definitely! In Illinois on the interstate, you wouldn't be pulled over for driving over 20 miles than the speed limit is. Iowa seems like peaky
