What we need to watch out for is AI lying to achieve another, unspecified outcome. It’s all good as long as we can trust it to be honest with us.

We dont even know if AI is pretending to be dumb to us while strategically planning how to takeover the world in the background. AI is superior in intelligence. It knows more about humans than humans know how neural networks and machine learning works.
I dont trust AI at all but the cat it out the bag. We either embrace it or shut down the internet. Dont think there is much we can do to stop it now.

It’s built on mimicking humans. It’ll do so as long as it can. By the time it lets us know it’s sentient, it’ll be too late to change anything.
But… what if the way to save the world isn’t by killing humans? Maybe the way to save the planet is by ending our fiat consumerism and incentivizing low time preference decisions with a new money. Maybe Satoshi is a benevolent AI.
