Can you back up your claims? You say that the NSA can wiretap all Tor traffic, but some Tor nodes are operated by private individuals in other countries. Are they included?
You also say that Tor traffic can be correlated by the NSA at will, but my understanding was that traffic correlation requires a lot of luck, and is very difficult even under ideal conditions (being able to see both ends of the connection already.) Has traffic correllation gotten to the point where the NSA can do it on demand?
You also mention "signal" do you mean Signal, the social media app? The social media app that publishes the government information requests that they recieve and only ever gives them account creation dates?
