You’re the 2nd person to say that. I only poop once a day in the morning. It’s like clockwork. Only time I go more than that is if I get an upset stomach. I used to go more when I had IBS, but I got rid of that shit.

How did you get rid of it?
Not sure what exactly made it go away, but I definitely consume a lot less seed oils these days. I used to frequent places like Chipotle and Panda Express. Now I cook a lot more and my goto meals are stuff like grilled steaks, baked salmon, and egg sammie paninis that I make without any seed oils. I pretty much eat the same things all the time. I still occasionally get stuff like tacos from a taco truck, but if I get bloated or I don’t have a normal poop the next day I stay away from wherever I bought that food that I normally don’t eat.
