Three things I learned about devs in the last 10 years:

- They are not mathematicians, usually, they actually struggle with or don’t care about math.

- They can be very intelligent when it comes to coding, but may struggle in other areas that you would think they should know better (especially OpSec)

- The most successful ones are either the brightest or those who know how to fake it the best. (the second ones tend to become Managers or Youtubers, lol)
