Not sure I entirely agree. The address(es) would have to be for the exact amount of the car, and the dealer would still need to spend the coins to an address only they control. I think fedimints/ecash is a more likely scenario. Lightning is interesting and I think might end up mostly custodial. Very few people in the future are likely to control their own UTXO's.
