Why no profit? what is the incentive to build such tools if there is nothing to be gained while taking big risk?

It just means profit must be found in a different way.
For example maybe issue an anonymous token, team declares all profit go to buying such a token on a decentralised swaper, anyone can buy such a token, profit goes to the public, anyone can create a pseudo new account and purchase such a token.
Profit doesn't go directly to the team.
