The interesting part is that the soup kitchen is actually "gamified" to attract as much people as possible where the number of poisonous soup bowls served matches the usury rate.

they have discovered that in this way the inflation rate stays at 0% no matter how much money is lent out. Until all people died and only cockroaches survived.

The survivors started partying for a very very long 43 minutes, until they realized that time has stopped on UrAnus and it is just going to be cockroaches that eat each other in a never ending cycle as they slide down the sewers to hell.
