In just 3 days, I’ve built a clear and honest account of my history using #ChatGPT and #Sudowrite. I’m documenting it here, on #Nostr. This is where information like this belongs. It’s real. The science behind it is real. I can’t just hand it to you — you’ll have to find it for yourself. It's been redacted.

It’s still early — a draft in motion — but my story is too important to wait. I'm still building it, and I hope you'll return to read more. But more than that, I ask: help me find this science. Help me surface it.
