The SNS named Oshiruko have connections with vendors that sell oshiruko, or with NPOs for job placement for the elderly, in ways that are not possible in Nostr.

I guess Japanese elders want to work even after 65-70 years (whenever I see Japanology YT videos, there's a very old artisan/ technician who's still working at 80 years old).
