Everyone remember this mentally ill women? Some guy couldn't find a wife due to being poor in China where there are few women so he kept a retard wife chained up in the cold like a goat. He made her have his children too. But she was to crazy to keep off a chain I guess. How fucked up is that?

Thank you for speaking for this woman. But you are too good to imagine evilness. Due to civil investigation and reality in China, she was more likely been kidnapped and sold to the man as "wife". When she refused to comply with a destination like this and fought it, he tortured her insane.
