Fishy--this is always the "excuse" given by Govt when a leak occurs. How many times have we heard "Oh, my account got hacked!!" when someone gets caught.

I suspect someone at the SEC let the cat out of the bag early---

"compromised" is such a vague word--more to this story (but the truth (as per the norm in government) we'll never get to hear).
