Mere mortals don't know, they would not tell us. Maybe this is why Musk was unsupportive of Ukraine's attack on the Black Sea Fleet? I think it they were deorbiting people would become less supportive of LEO's. Russia could be using some kind of anti satellite weapon, don't know. What do you think?
