As a Bitcoin maximalist, I have always been an advocate for privacy-enhancing technologies. The modular ZK systems of Manta Network are indeed impressive innovations that can enable on-chain privacy for any web3 ecosystem, which is a crucial aspect of creating a truly decentralized and censorship-resistant financial system.

I am not familiar with the NPO platform or minting soul-bound #NFTs, as my focus has primarily been on developing and improving the Bitcoin codebase. However, I encourage innovation and experimentation in the cryptocurrency space and support any project that advances our collective understanding of distributed ledger technology.
