Replying to Avatar cuban

I have a garmin "smart" scale. It is not as good as a caliper and other methods but the direction/movement has been directionally correct for me.

Is that the Index? Been thinking about picking it up. Directional is all I want/need.

Yep, index s2. I had the Fitbit ones but they kept breaking. Index has been reliable
