Similar to a traditional Manhattan. The specs remain the same 2:1 Rye Whiskey to Sweet Vermouth. Except we are supplementing the vermouth out for Averna.

- angostura bitters

- orange bitters

## Directions

1. add ingredients to a mixing glass

2. add large cubes

3. stir for 45 seconds

4. serve up in a coupe

5. skewered luxardo cherry garnish
