have you seen livekit’s open-source WebRTC streaming set-up. it’s really easy to self-host https://docs.livekit.io/
Except it doesn't work because WebRTC is a psyop.

they don’t use it the purely P2P way if that’s what you mean
im using SRS which has support for WebRTC live streams, adding player soon
