Hello! I am a disillusioned pharmacist. Started helping folks find alternatives to “just taking pills” several years ago and I left the regular drug store world behind. In my early days of practice the work seemed more meaningful. After nearly 30 years filling over a million prescriptions and talking to many thousands of people I have come to the conclusion that most medications don’t work like they are supposed to and they all come with a lot of baggage. I look at my experience as a pharmacist like a small sample size study and plan to use my time helping folks avoid or at least greatly reduce pharmaceuticals.

Sounds really interesting, and needed. Unfortunately western medicine has degenerated into dope dealing and drug pushing. Via vaccine mandates, requirements and coercion. You have to first obliterate that..🤔

The so-called vaccines are a horrific example. Everyone is astronomically over vaccinated. As a result excess deaths are through the roof for all age groups, and will only get worse. Mass murder by the Millions.

I've only had two vaccines in my life. Oral polio and smallpox by scratch on my shoulder. I've never had an injection. Nor should the majority of you. They're over 70 vaccine poison on children's routine schedule.

That's completely insane. That's like an orgy of greed. Evil at its most degenerate state. Poisoning hundreds of Millions and billions of innocent children. Murdering! them for money..🤑

Good luck..👺👹🤡🤑💰💸💊💉🥴🤮😱😩😵‍💫🥀⚰️💀⏳😊

Well said ! I agree, love the “orgy of greed” and would like to borrow that coin OoG

Use anything you like. When it comes to life and death I'm into #brutal honesty.

I don't give a shit about anybody's #money, #profession or #political aspirations.

I'm a "first do no harm" #maximalist. And it thrills the #fuck out of me to #harm those that aren't..😊

Welcome aboard. I'm interested in your position on diet. I've been Vegan for over a decade (for animals, not my health). With both people from both sides (meat etc good/bad) claiming health benefits.

Seems to me also very unhealthy people in both camps..

Interested in your thoughts..

Diet is the biggest key to health and to death in my opinion. The “you dig your grave with your teeth” saying seems to be true from what I’ve seen. I haven’t settled in on one style of diet but I have seen the biggest changes in people using diet/lifestyle compared to exercise.

I am a believer in fresh and clean food whenever possible due to toxicity and processing for shelf life. I have seen folks do better with their health by growing their own food (myself included) either for themselves to eat or as animal feed for their own animals. The man I get some of my beef from goes to great lengths to ensure his cows have healthy and abundant grazing available. He gardens for his herd and the herd helps provide fertility for the garden and the soil improves.

I also think diet should include things that you take in to your mind. How do I know something is true? That is a big question for me as I evaluate myself.

The wife of a friend was vegan for the same reason as you. They eventually moved to a home and she was able to raise her own animals treating them well and providing for them. She was then able to use her animals as food after some time. She knew where and how they lived and I guess that made her more comfortable.

Personally I like taking back more control over my food because it’s a big part of life. I feel a great deal of joy because of my own gardening efforts and being a student of health and people. I guess my approach to the diet question is look for fresh food that is clean and to adjust when needed based on results.

Thanks for the question.

Thanks for the detailed reply!

I'm hoping to get some produce out of the land I'm on.

Was talking to my Dad recently. As a kid they lived around a lot. But they always had a productive garden. I asked how, since they moved so much. He explained... Everyone had a garden, so if you moved you left one active garden behind, and continued with the one someone left at the place you moved to!

I'm hoping I never have the need to consume animals again.

Thanks for your time. Hope your enjoying Nostr, and stay onboard! :)
