How did they know a dog is coming down this river of water? Did the dog call out, or did someone call these folk telling them a dogs coming, get ready for it..

I'm tend to be skeptical of some of these 'animal rescue' videos. Could also be clickbate. I hope I'm wrong and that these people are genuinely kind.
