Its a developer device, its slow and less responsive than almost every other phone and even if you have multiple batteries they still drain fast. If you want it for just call and text (meaning no using Signal for messaging), than you should be OK. Web browsing is also pretty slow. I've tried a bunch of LinuxOS's about a year or 2 ago so there may have been improvements, or maybe the Pro is better but I don't know much about on that side.
