What are the spice powders used?

Coriander powder, turmeric, chilli powder, garam masala?

That's right!

I also use cumin, black pepper, and paprika powder.

I like spicy, so I use habanero powder!

I think Japanese people have a pattern of buying many spices but not using them at all lol.
