Seems the so-called Constitutional crisis is nigh.

While lots of smart folks are rooting for Trump’s moves, there are some pretty important implications if we somehow enter a new period where the separation of powers between the 3 branches of Govt are ignored.

Will this SCOTUS respect the distinct, so-called checks and balances of the Constitutional structure how it was envisioned by the old white dudes who wrote it? I’m sure Scalia & RBG would be rolling over watching this play out.
