Imagine if there’s even one of them that held most of their sats until now
Back in 2013 in occupied Afghanistan, Roya Mahboob paid a bunch of female coders in bitcoin. One of its benefits was that it was money that their fathers and husbands didn’t know how to take or how much they had.
Its volatility later shook a lot of them out, but some of them held on and used it to leave the country.
I think as it grows larger, more ubiquitous, and less volatile, bitcoin can help more people like this.
