You might want to try another lender. In the past when I have shown proof of funds, they just look at the dollar value and accept it. Just like any other portfolio
I wasn’t talking to any lenders just the agents representing the property. And the statement had the dollar amount on it

Yeah dump people lol. The last home I bought, I got pre-approval from a lender to speed up the process big time; highly recommend doing that first 😄
