Sorry what is zap? New to Nostr got a loaded lightning wallet. How do I get involved?

In your profile edit you should see a lightning address input. Throw your public address there. Then when you click on lightning bolts on posts the app will prompt your choice of lightning wallet to send an invoice to the author of the post.
Do I need a specific lightning wallet app to be compatible with Amethyst or do all of them work?
