This sounds incredibly manic and probably psycho but I’ll pace around my house working through problems or thoughts. Just talking to myself out loud walking around.

Sounds nuts but I could never explain the clarity it gives me to work through whatever I’m thinking about

My brother I do the same. Borderline psycho? Maybe but it’s better than having no thoughts at all

Crazy right? I guess we can call it imagination

This is how I see it…

We all talk to ourselves internally. All day every day we are living with an internal dialogue

The thing that separates crazy from non crazy is if you say that dialogue out loud.

But I am crazy so might as well embrace it
