Is micro-dosing on magic mushrooms a natural alternative for anxiety?

Now that I think about it, I used to get anxious when I smoked weed. Had a few micro doses last month and I haven't gotten anxious at all. I didn't connect the dots until now. Probably depends on the person and state of mind to some extent too.

That's quite common.

I actually used cannabis to force myself to relax despite my body being more tense when I'm stoned but I'm a stubborn idiot.

Wouldn't recommend, there are better options. If cannabis makes you tense, try cold showers or grounding instead.

Combine with breathing exercises (not at the tsame time though) and you'll gain a lot more control over your nervous system.

Micro dosing is awesome. Helps with anxiety keeps you focused and in good spirits. Psilocybin lingers in the buddy for a few days so you want to go slow

Apparently magnesium is great for anxiety and insomnia, especially the kind you spray on.
